I Need a Substitute (aka An APOLLOgy to My Readers)

Hey LOSTies,

I just wanted to apologize for being MIA for last week's recap on Episode 6x04, "The Substitute". You know I love me some Locke, and already had an article started, but during my typical weekend writing time I was stricken with some type of virus that had be bed-bound for about 5 days straight. I might even say I was infected, though I promise I have not been claimed!

To top it off, Microsoft in all its brilliance decided to automatically update my computer the other night and the aftermath has now corrupted my Word program, where both of my recaps for 6x04 and this week's installment, 6x05 "The Lighthouse" were in-progress. Attempts to open these articles results in an immediate crash. BUMMER! I am so excited for the bands I have picked for both of these articles, as well as the episodes themselves, of course.

As I get this sorted out, I will DEFINITELY be posting these recaps as soon as I can. I've tried everything that a moderate computer geek can do, including installing about 40 various updates, which now have only seemed to make the issue worse. So I am looking for alternatives, most namely, the Open Office software, and with high hopes I plan to get things back on track this weekend.

In the meantime, please check out my second Cafe Press shop for the LOST Fan Portal, The 4TF Smokey Shop. I decided to go with Jacob's scales motif...because you know, I love inside jokes! As with my first shop, The 4TF Locke Shop, I will be rotating designs as they come to me, so grab one of these up if you like it because you never know when it will disappear in a puff of smoke!

Until next time (hopefully very soon!),
NAMASTE!
