The NEW Four Toed Foot LOCKE SHOP at Cafe Press

Many of you already know that Cafe Press and ABC have teamed up to allow LOST fans to design and sell their own show-inspired apparel and gifts. It's really a wonderful opportunity for folks who love LOST to share their creations without having to worry about copyright issues, and possibly make a few extra bucks in the process. Cafe Press has even built a designated section to make it easy to find the LOST goodies on their site, The LOST TV Fan Portal, and it's already overflowing with THOUSANDS of items created by people in the LOST community.

Well finally The Four Toed Foot has also joined the fun!

You can now purchase shirts, prints, and other gear featuring everyone's favorite destiny-loving, time-traveling, dead-man-turned-Smoke Monster, John Locke at The 4TF Locke Shop! The first design I've created for the store is one that I've had saved in the back of my mind for several years now.

Introducing
"John Locke's Blow Up Everything That Can Get Us Off The Island Tour Shirt"!

But this isn't the end of the Locke designs, as I am working on a new one to add to the shop right now. As I move forward I will be rotating new designs in the shop so that each one will only be available for a limited time. This will make each one even more "special".

Locke would definitely like this...

I will also be creating additional shops, each with its own theme. Again, every time a new design is added it will be announced here and will be available for a certain amount of time. If a particular design sells well, or I receive requests to add it to the store again, I will simply rotate it back into the queue and make it available once more.

If anyone has any thoughts, suggestions, or requests, feel free to leave them in the comments area below. I appreciate any and all feedback on this idea as well as the designs themselves!

You should probably know that all three dates listed are in the FALL/AUTUMN of 2004, not the WINTER.

YOU should probably know that I wholeheartedly disagree with that assertion. First of all, I went through Lostpedia, THE Nazis of all that is LOST, and these are the exact dates that were figured out to correspond to these events. Even though Winter doesn't "officially" begin until the solstice on December 21st, many people associate these months with this Winter season.

And if you REALLY want to get crazy, since we're on the Island we REALLY don't know WHERE it is is relationship to the rest of the world. So it could actually be SPRING depending on where it is. OR it could very well be WINTER. For example, Winter starts in Australia in June, or in Ireland November 1, or in Scandinavia October 14, or...well I'm sure you get the point. Basically, it's all relative.

Here's some Wiki for ya:
"The three-month period associated with the coldest average temperatures typically begins somewhere in late November or early December in the Northern Hemisphere and lasts through late February or early March. This "thermological winter" is earlier than the solstice delimited definition, but later than the daylight (Celtic) definition. Depending on seasonal lag, this period will vary between climatic regions."

So really, was this comment necessary? Or did someone just want to be nitpicky? <_<
